ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed.

Bunny Duclea reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Business Days:

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the EU, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

Orders received by 11am EET on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 11am EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPMENT TIMING

If you have a question about the status of your order, please reference the tracking number in your confirmation email. Please allow 24 business hours to receive a response.

Please be kindly noted we cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes. Also please note that Bunny Duclea cannot ship perfumes to APO/FPO addresses as we can only ship to these addresses using UPS. We thank you for your understanding, and no delivery shall be made to a post office box or military base.
